Choose three: Bacon, turkey bacon, ham, chorizo, sausage, potato, spinach, peppers, onions, tomato, mushrooms, corn, capers, Pico de Gallo, jalapeño, goat cheese, fresh mozzarella, provolone, American, cheddar, cream cheese, Tex-Mex, with toasted Le Bus bread (add lox 2)

Thick Canadian bacon on an English muffin, topped with two poached eggs and a rich hollandaise sauce

Portobello mushrooms, sauteed spinach and roasted peppers on toasted brioche rounds topped with two poached eggs and a rich hollandaise sauce

Smoked Lox Benedict  – $14
Roulade of Nova lox and herb cream cheese on brioche rounds topped with two poached eggs and fried caper hollandaise

Pork Italian Benedict  – $12

House made porchetta, garlic-cherry pepper aioli, sauteed spinach, topped with two poached eggs and provolone mornay sauce, on sliced seeded Italian bread.

Chicken & Waffles Benedict – $11

Southern fried chicken and poached country eggs on buttermilk waffles with sage maple and Louisana Hot Sauce Hollandaise

Short Rib Benedict- $14

Braised short rib, two poached country eggs served on a caramelized onion and cheddar potato pancake with horseradish hollandaise

All egg dishes are served with choice of signature or rosemary potatoes, stone ground grits (add $1) … or cup of seasonal fruit (add $1.5).

Shrimp and Grits with Bacon – $12

Seared gulf shrimp and bacon, served on a bed of stone ground grits with a spicy creole sauce, topped with one over easy egg.

Ancho roasted pulled pork, served over chilaquiles verdes, topped with chihuahua cheese, with two over easy eggs and rancheros salsa served in a cast iron skillet
